Abstract
The article deals with the actual problem of managing the training of specialists in vocational and technical education institutions (VET). The main aspects of the organization and management of the educational process, the adaptation of educational programs to the requirements of the labor market, the development of creativity and practical skills of students are analyzed. Effective management strategies are highlighted, including the use of modern technologies, pedagogical innovations, and partnership interactions with enterprises. The article examines the peculiarities and current trends in the field of managing the training of specialists, as well as analyzed foreign experience in this area. The conclusions made allow us to generalize effective approaches and strategies that contribute to the improvement of the quality of training of specialists in vocational and technical education institutions and the introduction of modern approaches into the educational process. In the modern conditions of the development of society, there is a need to rethink the main trends of professional and technical education, which combine the directions of traditional and innovative education. Traditional education involves the transfer of knowledge and experience to future specialists for their further use in a wide variety of fields of activity. The main task of innovative education requires taking into account changes in the nature of social requirements and the role of the individual in social development. Innovative training of future specialists consists in the development of creative potential and abilities necessary for social and valuable activity in society, as well as in providing opportunities for effective self-realization. The conclusions made allow us to generalize effective approaches and strategies that contribute to the improvement of the quality of training of specialists in vocational and technical education institutions and the introduction of modern approaches into the educational process.
