Abstract

The manual contains regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Institute for the Modernization of Education Content regarding the organization and conduct of the competitive selection of textbook projects for the 9th grade of general education institutions and instructional and methodological materials for the examination of textbook projects, developed with the participation of specialists of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Institute for the Modernization of Education Content, the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Institute of Problems of Education of National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine and the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the implementation of the gender component and non-discrimination in education. It is intended for scientists, teachers, methodologists who will carry out the examination of electronic versions of draft textbooks for the 9th grade of general educational institutions. The manual can be used in the process of improving the qualifications of teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education and during the approbation of school educational literature.
