Abstract

The article notes that the importance of self-actualization in the formation of career direction in students of general secondary education institutions is that in the future it will determine the directions of the search for "myself in the profession", the image of "I am a professional", the individual style of professional activity, the desire to harmonious disclosure and realization of one's potential in the chosen profession.
