Abstract

The modern labor market of Ukraine is structured in the conditions of global integration and unification of economic processes, digitalization of all spheres of human life, establishment of multicultural societies, exacerbation of military conflicts, the COVID-19 pandemic and other civilizational crises. When hiring employees, employers evaluate not only their professional competence, but also communicative and social qualities, willingness to learn throughout life, etc. This causes increased attention to the development of flexible qualities of specialists, which affect the productivity of their cooperation with others.
