Abstract

Preparing a person for life and work is considered at the security level. It is an urgent fundamental and applied scientific problem in connection with the consequences of Russia's unprovoked war against Ukraine and the prospects for building socio-economic relations at a new stage of development of the individual, society and state. Today, there is a demand for a socialized, professional and harmonized person who is able to solve complex production problems at the regional, national and global levels, ensuring social progress under martial law. The current situation with regard to solving the problems of material and non-material production is characterized by the existence of existing achievements as a basis for further research and creation of a system of preparation for life and work, taking into account personal and social significance. This requires adjustments to the past achievements related to the harmonization of the psychological sphere of the individual through educational and social influence. In recent years, preparation for life and work has been focused on cognitive (knowledge) training, ignoring the operational and technological (activity) component of the psychological sphere, which has led to a cult of knowledge acquisition without skillful application in practice. As a result of this organization of preparation for life and work, the production of a socially significant labor product decreases. The proposed development is aimed at asserting the priority of factors aimed at harmonizing the psychological sphere of the individual in the process of its formation at different age stages, and defining the essence of preparation for life and work in the personal and social dimensions. At the same time, we recommend relying on an understanding of the essence of the components of a multi-level system of preparation for life and work presented in the form of: human nature and essence; human security; personality; labor; labor market; civil society; educational models and systems; productive forces; teacher; consciousness, unity and patriotism; psychological experience; development, growth, maturation; competence; socio-professional development of the individual.
