Abstract

Self-knowledge and awareness of the need for the unity of the world at the personal, social, biosphere, and noosphere levels transform the harmony of the aggregate spiritual, intellectual, and activity resources and their creative energy into a factor of evolutionary progress. The culture of generations lays down the norms of exploitation of natural resources on the principles of cultural and natural correspondence, national and cultural identity, and continuity.
