Abstract
The article is devoted to the topic of training scientific personnel, which ensures the formation of a positive image of Ukraine in the world, emphasizes the importance of scientific achievements for the gradual growth of modern living standards. The purpose of the article is to highlight the relevance of the developed work program of the discipline "Project Management" as an important component of a holistic educational program for doctors of philosophy. The presentation of the material of the article is connected with the use of theoretical methods of problem-target, logical-systemic and structural-functional analysis, as well as specific search methods - synthesis, updating of literature sources, methods of modeling, forecasting and generalization. Within the educational programs "Special Pedagogy" and "Special Psychology" a working program of the discipline "Project Management" was created (training 01 Education, 05 Social and Behavioral Sciences, specialty 016 Special Education, 053 Psychology, Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies). Postgraduate students get acquainted with the discipline "Project Management" in the third semester, gaining knowledge during lectures, practical classes, independent work, individual consultations, etc. (30 hours). The purpose of the discipline is to provide qualified assistance to graduate students in pedagogical support of mastering skills and knowledge that ensure the effective implementation of innovative project activities in the professional and scientific spheres. Assessment of the level of knowledge of applicants is carried out by current and final control in the form of written work, in particular testing as one of the forms of differentiated credit. The methodical support of the course is the author's materials developed by the teacher, in particular lecture notes, presentation materials for the theoretical presentation of the material, methodical instructions and recommendations, including on the site of the Electronic Library of NAPS of Ukraine, individual tasks, case studies. Modernity requires the scientific community to develop relevant multi-vector research, ie the initiation of educational reforms, effective management, organization, planning, monitoring and control of projects, and thus the management of project activities.
