Abstract

The trend of visualization in education is conditioned to the active use of visual content in all spheres of life of society. This served as the reason for the inclusion of visual literacy into the educational programs of the USA, Australia, Great Britain, Germany, France and other countries. The trend for spread of visualization is also observed in the Ukrainian system of higher pedagogical education. First of all, it can be ascertained by the areas of training of informatics, mathematics and natural sciences teachers. At the same time, the inclusion of visualization as a component of the training of future primary school teachers at the current stage of the development of national education is fragmentary and needs further improvement.
