It is substantiated that the non-linear integrity that a person restores after traumatic events provides him with opportunities for further movement and realization of the creative potential of life creation and self-configuration. Personal practices of self-preservation and self-recovery are analyzed, their role in improving the navigation of the individual in the most traumatic life circumstances, ensuring relative safety, resuscitation of one’s own work capacity, and the emergence of constructive projects for the future.
