Abstract

The moral and psychological climate of the family, which determines and mediates all other factors, has a significant influence and importance for the formation of personality under the conditions of war. In turn, the microclimate of the family depends on the nature of family, first of all, marital and child-parent relations. Child-parent relations are a system of attitudes, orientations, expectations of vertical direction from the bottom up (the dyad "child - adult") and from the top down (the dyad "parents - child"), which are determined by the joint activities of family members and communication between them. Child-parent relations shape the child's future, in particular, a child with special educational needs is a perspective of the future life. In the family, the child’s attitude towards himself and others, towards his “particularity” (impaired vision, hearing, speech, etc.) is formed.
