Abstract
The publication emphasizes the need to take into account the individual potential of each student of education, to focus on the peculiarities of psychophysical development in accordance with age norms and taking into account the presence of certain violations and the prevention of a situation in which an individual remains outside the attention of society - the priority tasks of the development of the modern education system . It was determined that ensuring the inclusive competence of a specialist is a requirement of time, without which progress in the educational sphere in general and inclusive education in particular is not possible. After all, the personality of the teacher, whose level of preparation depends on the success of education, is the center of the implementation of reforms, which are so necessary, considering the growth of the level of competition in the market, the increase in requirements for education.
