Abstract

One of the main conditions for improving the quality of vocational training in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions (hereinafter - ZP(PT)O) is the high professional and personal level of their pedagogical workers, primarily masters of industrial training. It is they who impart special knowledge to P(PT)O acquirers, educate them, form practical skills and abilities that are the basis of professional growth of future specialists. Important for the formation of positive motivation of future specialists, the acquisition of the necessary skills and abilities is the professional and pedagogical "face" of the masters of industrial training of ZP(PT)O. Undoubtedly, the formation and development of future specialists is facilitated by the influence of industrial training masters on the assimilation of professionally significant knowledge, abilities and skills, the acquisition of high qualifications and competence, the formation of psychological readiness for the future profession, planning of personal and professional development.
