Abstract

The collection presents abstracts of the reports of the participants of the 2nd All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Social and Educational Dominants of Vocational Training of a Modern Competent Specialist". In the course of the conference, a number of topical issues were considered regarding: theoretical and practical principles of training a modern competent specialist; domestic and foreign experience; peculiarities of preparing a competitive graduate of the ZVO during the war; the role of the teacher of the higher school in the formation of the national elite in the conditions of the post-war recovery of the country; designing the individual educational trajectory of the future specialist; training of future psychologists to provide effective psychological assistance; development of competence of young specialists in making effective managerial decisions. The materials of the publication will be useful for education seekers, graduate students, young scientists and everyone who is interested in the issues of training a modern competent specialist. The authors of theses are responsible for the content and authenticity of the materials.
