Abstract

This article examines the peculiarities of the development of the mentoring institute in providing professional training for skilled workers to enhance their readiness to work in modern production conditions. The functions of mentors, methods of their interaction with students within the framework of the dual vocational training program, and mechanisms for establishing relationships between educational institutions and enterprises are revealed. The study focuses on the importance of mentoring in vocational education and its impact on students and business entities.
