Abstract

The article analyzes the domestic experience of implementing public and private-based university governance in the context of ensuring the effectiveness of educational activities. The results of the survey of scientific and pedagogical staff of universities regarding the current state and problems of the development of the studied phenomenon in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country. The reasons for the insufficient level of implementation of public and private-based university governance are analyzed. Modern trends in the development of public and private-based university governance are substantiated.
