Abstract

The article considers the professional development of a teacher as a continuous, dynamic process of progressive, purposeful formation of a personality that strives for high pedagogical achievements, progressive movement, and the highest levels of professionalism. The tendency of the development of vocational pre-higher education and the effective professional development of teaching staff have been analyzed.
