Abstract
The dynamics of the development of Ukraine in the post-war period of the revival of the national economy and the emergence of opportunities for revealing the professional potential of an individual require from specialists the ability to self-improvement, to create their own professional image, to constantly work on themselves in order to have the ability to effectively use their professional potential. This applies to any profession, in particular, pedagogical. The analysis of philosophical, social, psychological and other primary sources shows that in order to have a positive business reputation and an attractive positive image, it is necessary to fulfill a number of requirements that society puts forward to a modern teacher.
