Abstract

The article, based on a structural and functional analysis of pedagogical activity, determines the importance of the types of professional competence of a teacher of a vocational college, summarizes the directions for improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers, and draws conclusions about the prospects for the introduction of technologies for their continuous professional growth.
