Abstract

The course "Effective solutions for the organization of distance learning in professional education institutions" aims to help teachers learn the main aspects of distance learning and provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills for the successful organization of distance learning in professional education institutions. The course is aimed at providing students with an understanding of the features of the transition of production and society from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0, Industry 5.0, and, accordingly, to Education 4.0, 5.0, as well as the role of vocational education in this transition. Distance learning has its advantages and disadvantages. Advantages include flexibility, the ability to independently set the schedule and pace of learning, access to many resources and experts from around the world. However, distance learning assumes that students and listeners are self-disciplined and able to acquire knowledge independently, which is not always the case, and it may be less effective for teaching practical skills, social skills, understanding radical changes in mentality, without which Industry 4.0 revolutions are impossible , 5.0 and corresponding changes in society. In institutions of professional education, distance learning can be used to provide access to learning for students from remote regions, expand the audience of students, increase flexibility and individualize learning. The use of modern information technologies makes it possible to create interactive and interesting educational materials, which increases the effectiveness of distance learning and helps to achieve success in education. The relevance of the problem of the development of distance education is caused by the fact that in modern conditions the requirements for specialists are radically changing. At the same time, the central place is not the use of previously acquired knowledge, but the generation and implementation of new ideas, which dictates new requirements for personnel training. In this regard, education throughout life becomes more and more necessary, acquires new forms and meaning. Nowadays, achievements in the field of information technologies and telecommunications allow the development of distance learning, as a kind of continuous education, which accompanies the information society, because it forms a comprehensively developed personality, able to navigate in the information environment. Purpose of the course: to provide students with knowledge about technologies that will help to effectively organize distance learning in professional education institutions; Consider different methods of distance learning and their advantages and disadvantages. teach students how to use online tools to create and conduct online classes; provide trainees with practical advice on organizing communication with students and preserving the structure of education. To achieve the success of the course, it is important to ensure effective interaction between participants, proper organization of the educational process, and also to create favorable conditions for learning and practical activities. As a result of completing the course, teaching staff of vocational education institutions should acquire a sufficient level of competence for the effective use of distance technologies in the educational process and ensuring the quality of distance learning. The course will be useful for teachers and administrators of vocational education institutions who wish to organize distance learning in their institution using effective approaches to this process. The task of the course is to prepare teachers of professional education for the effective use of remote technologies in the educational process. The course has the following tasks: adjustment to radical changes in the mentality of teachers, students, students, without which the Industry 4.0, 5.0 revolutions and corresponding changes in society are impossible; to acquaint students with the basic concepts and technologies of distance learning; to acquaint students with effective methods and approaches to the organization of distance learning; consider the selection and use of appropriate software for distance learning; to increase the level of competence of teachers in the use of appropriate technologies and methods of distance learning; improve the quality of distance learning and interaction with students in a virtual environment; to provide knowledge and skills for the application of effective distance learning tools in the practical activities of a professional education institution. The study time budget is 8 hours (0.26 ECTS credits). The educational process is carried out in the following forms: lecture (2 hours), seminar class (4 hours), independent work (2 hours)
