Abstract
The article explores the challenges faced by apprentices (young entrepreneurs) in vocational education programs and suggests strategies for overcoming these barriers. The author emphasizes the importance of developing entrepreneurial skills among young people and highlights the potential benefits of integrating entrepreneurship education into vocational education programs. These barriers include limited access to resources, lack of support networks, inadequate curriculum design, and a mismatch between education and market needs. The author argues that overcoming these barriers is crucial to empowering young entrepreneurs and creating an enabling environment for their success. The author suggests several strategies to overcome these barriers. The author emphasizes the need for joint efforts between educational institutions, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to provide adequate resources and support to young start-up entrepreneurs. This could include mentoring programs, access to funding, and networking opportunities.
