Abstract

Every convict in Australia has the right to vocational education. It is implemented in professional centers of penal institutions. Convicts are offered a choice of numerous professional courses: labor, service, computer, etc. This contributes to their employment in places of deprivation of liberty and professional adaptation in freedom.
