Abstract

In our time, there is an urgent problem of psychological support for the work of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff employees of higher education institutions who work directly with students. The work of these workers can cause negative psychological reactions and phenomena: professional and emotional burnout, stress, frustration, deprivation, etc., therefore, the problem of providing them with psychological training arises, which should begin with their psychological selection. The basic psychological requirements for teaching and research-pedagogical workers of higher education institutions are defined.
