Abstract

Eco-oriented professional training of a qualified worker in the profession of «Chef» requires knowledge of: regulatory and legal acts in the field of ecology, the basics of rational use, reproduction and conservation of natural resources, methods of preserving and protecting ecology in professional activities and in everyday life, and rules for sorting garbage and waste disposal and ability: to comply with environmental norms in professional activities and use ecologically safe products and ingredients in practical activities.
