Abstract
In the work, the authors justified the importance of using an integrative approach in the process of implementing the content of technological education in grades 7-9 of the gymnasium. Emphasis is placed on the need for teachers to use technology, and at the same time, the content of learning from various fields of science and educational subjects, in particular: "Psychology of creativity", "Technology", "Drawing", "Fundamentals of design". This obliges technology teachers to use an integrative approach. A conclusion has been made regarding the need for technology teachers to acquire knowledge of the basics of the psychology of creativity.
