Abstract

In the process of formation of competences, continuous comprehensive diagnosis of the levels of formation of their components is envisaged. We will find out the main requirements for the organization of competency assessment: comparison of results with educational goals (diagnosis is aimed not only at assessing the level of educational achievements, but also at the formation of students' competencies); the diversity of the studied subjects (parents, subject teachers and classmates, etc. are involved in the assessment); comprehensive use of diagnostic methods (testing, control work, self-diagnosis, etc.); availability of interactive feedback (assessment is accompanied by continuous adjustment of results); individual character (the personal educational trajectory of each student is monitored); evaluation is carried out on the basis of the existing level of educational achievements; application of various types of control and assessment of knowledge; systematicity (monitoring and evaluation activities are carried out at all stages of the learning process); transparency (requirements for the level of training and control procedures are announced in advance).
