Abstract

The program of the academic discipline "Methodological Foundations of Management Activities and Scientific Schools of Management" is intended for training applicants of the third (educational and scientific level) higher education and is developed on the basis of competence principles in accordance with the State policy in the field of Education. It contains a list of general and professional competencies that an applicant for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Educational and Pedagogical Sciences should master and the program results of training that they should achieve. The program is based on the European Strategy for the Development of Lifelong Learning Education. It is structurally formed from 2 content modules, the volume of which is 2 ECTS credit. The object of study is Management Activity and gains of Scientific Schools of Management. The program is aimed at training Doctors of Philosophy who can produce new ideas, solve complex problems in the field of Education Management, create new holistic knowledge, professional-educational and managerial practices, apply methodologies of scientific, managerial and pedagogical activities, carry out their own scientific research, the results of which are of scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance. The theoretical content of the subject area includes the genesis of development, ideas, achievements of classical and modern Scientific Schools of Management in the practical discourse of the education sector of digital society; legislative and legal bases and organizational and legal bases of Management Activities in the Field of Education; innovative management mode of the New Ukrainian school.
