Abstract

The curriculum of the discipline "Methodological foundations of managerial activity and scientific schools of management" is intended for the training of students of the third (educational-scientific level) of higher education and was developed on the basis of competence principles in accordance with the state policy in the field of education. It contains a list of general and professional competences that a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in educational and pedagogical sciences should master, as well as program learning outcomes that he should achieve. The program is based on the European strategy for the development of lifelong learning education. Structurally, it consists of 2 content modules, the volume of which is 1 ECTS credit. The object of study is managerial activity and obtaining scientific schools of management. The program is aimed at training doctors of philosophy capable of producing new ideas, solving complex problems in the field of educational management, creating new integral knowledge, professional-educational and management practices, apply methodologies of scientific, managerial and pedagogical activity, carry out own scientific research, the results of which have scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance. The theoretical content of the subject area includes the genesis of development, ideas, achievements of classical and modern scientific schools of management in the practical discourse of the field of education of the digital society; legislative and legal foundations and organizational and legal foundations of managerial activity in the field of education; innovative mode of management of the New Ukrainian School.
