Abstract
Pedagogical practice (hereinafter - practice, PP) is a logical continuation of theoretical courses and a mandatory component of the training of future history teachers. The beginning of the PP is opened by an orientation conference aimed at familiarizing trainees with the regulatory and legal framework and documentary support for practice. During practice, future history teachers get to know directly the activities of institution of general secondary education and the history teacher, attend the lessons of subject teachers and other trainees in person and/or remotely. An important aspect of PE is independent work, preparation and conducting of history lessons by an intern in person and/or remotely. During the PE, which lasts for 6 weeks, the intern must master modern principles, approaches, methods, technologies, means of teaching history, learn to solve problem situations related to the organization and provision of history teaching. PP directs future history teachers to adaptive and adequate perception of the challenges of the educational environment in modern conditions.
