Abstract

The implementation of tasks to achieve the results of the formation and development of pedagogical mastery of the masters of industrial training at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education is carried out by: listening to online lectures on the Teams platform; students' independent processing of educational material; fulfillment by them control and diagnostic materials aimed at improving the skills and abilities to apply acquired theoretical knowledge in practice; participation in the reflective and evaluation block for the purpose of using the acquired knowledge, abilities (skills) in professional and pedagogical activities; as well as writing and defense at the final stage of the final thesis (optional). All necessary materials (presentations, educational program, glossary, links to Internet resources, test and problem-search tasks, etc.) can also be found on the Teams platform.
