Abstract

Socio-economic and European vectors of the country's development in the conditions of a market economy and democratization of public life in Ukraine determined the reform of the education system, changes in worldview to a democratic and humanistic type of personality, new demands of society for the formation of a self-sufficient personality, which is able to realize itself in various types of life activities and multilingual community, as a foundation for the further development of the system of extracurricular education, the introduction of modernization changes and scientifically based foundations of its innovative development under modern conditions.
