Abstract

The article presents the concept of the development of educational management in multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education in the conditions of autonomy. The author reveals the main foundation for building such a concept - the paradigm of humanistic management, which opposes the paradigm of technocratic management. The author reveals the need to develop new programs, introduce new strategies that will take into account the needs and wishes of a person and the entire society. It has been proven that the administrative staff should be determined by a high management culture, cooperate with self-government bodies (pupil, parent, pedagogical, local, etc.). The author reveals the main positions that should be taken into account for work on the development of educational management in multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education, proposes to develop new social management mechanisms that will improve the educational process and harmonize the management of all profiles in the institution.
