Abstract

Demonstration of the culture of autonomy in extracurricular institutions of education is the business card of the creative team. However, this topic does not receive enough attention in the pedagogical literature, although the stimulation of independence and independence are the main features in the management of teachers of out-of-school education institutions. As determined by the authors of the methodological recommendations prepared as part of the implementation of the Swedish-Ukrainian project "Supporting Decentralization in Ukraine", today "... the process of management by institutions, organizations and processes is gaining extreme importance and relevance. Educational management processes are not exceptions to this process, especially during the implementation of educational reform. After all, the success and results of activities depend on the effectiveness of management processes, both in the short and long term". This fully applies not only to institutions of higher and secondary education, but also to extracurricular institutions education
