Abstract
In the given article the questions of system structure of administrative activity are investigated, the questions of educational management of establishments of out-of-school education in the conditions of autonomy are considered. Using the methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, the author reveals the main trends inherent in the extracurricular education system, draws attention to the need to improve management processes that affect the practical implementation of educational services for students. The author proposes to consider the management of out-of-school educational institutions from the point of view of training a person of creativity, proves the need for changes in the theoretical and practical components of the management of out-of-school education. The article highlights the position of introducing the principle of creativity, because the system of extracurricular education should help self-actualization of the individual. The article emphasizes the issues related to standardization, informatization and globalization of out-of-school education, emphasizes the importance of harmonizing the terminology in out-of-school education. The results of this study are an expansion of ideas on theoretical and practical issues in the management of the head of a multidisciplinary institution of out-of-school education, in particular those leaders who try to support talented young people in our country.
