Abstract
The article reveals the essence of management, analyzes the effective use of educational management in the modern management of a multidisciplinary institution of out-of-school education. The management of educational innovations is carried out according to certain principles that appear as norms and guidelines, namely: humanism, democracy, optimality, national focus, unity of universal and national nature of education, cocreation, life creation, differentiation and individualization, optimization and openness, innovativeness. It has been highlighted the significance and importance of managing a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education is purposeful, active interaction of the head with other participants of the educational process in order to ensure the coordination of efforts for the optimal functioning of the institution and its transfer to a higher quality level. The organizational, information and communication aspects of the management structure of a multidisciplinary institution of out-of-school education were studied. The perspective of further research in the field of formation of a new management culture, necessary for the management of a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education, is defined; the main directions of development of educational management in the system of extracurricular education. It has been studied that effective educational management ensures the achievement of high activity results, namely: the subject of managerial activity is required to have a variety of abilities, a high level of special qualities and skills, which are integrated into complex system formations. Analysis of the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education in Ukraine confirms the fact that this educational sector was and remains the most effective institution of child socialization, intellectual, spiritual and physical development. In addition to the laws of management, the laws of management are also used in educational management. The essence of management laws is that they determine mandatory characteristics for any educational institution, which are absolutely logical and inherent in management.
