Abstract

The strategy of health promotion based on theories of behavior and pedagogical methods of forming a healthy lifestyle is considered. The long history of adolescent health promotion allows us to assert that the effectiveness of educational and informational programs in the field of human health depends on a harmonious combination of psychological and pedagogical principles and taking into account modern social realities.
