Abstract

Modern technologies develop very quickly, and previously acquired knowledge no longer helps in solving tasks. Development of soft skills, thanks to which a specialist can successfully interact in a team, effectively adapt to new conditions and find non-standard solutions, is an integral component of the professional development of pedagogical workers of institutions of professional preliminary higher education.
