Abstract

The collective scientific monograph contains separate materials from all over Ukraine. science and practice online conferences with international with participation: "Humanistic ideas of Grigory Skovoroda as a source of development scientific potential of a pedagogical worker in the system of continuous education", dedicated on the 300th anniversary of the birth of Hryhoriy Skovoroda and the Day of Education Workers (September 27, 2022); "Network of schools of innovation of Ukraine: development of professional competence of managerial, scientific and pedagogical workers in the context of the implementation of continuous education" (13.12.2022), which were held by the Department of Pedagogical Mastery and Inclusive Education Poltava Academy of Continuing Education named after M. V. Ostrogradskyi. The proposed scientific and practical experience of the implementation of Grigory's humanistic ideas Frying pans, the introduction of innovative activities in educational institutions, reforming education as in our country and in the world educational space will help teachers in creating qualitatively of the New Ukrainian School. The materials will be useful to managers of continuous, higher, professional institutions (vocational and technical), general secondary education, teachers who are focused on development their professionalism, strive for purposeful results, high achievements in education and upbringing of pupils and student youth.
