Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is due to the tendency to reduce the labor continuity of the population and their level of methodological culture, which will fail as a result of labor activity. The purpose of the article. To reveal the search for an answer to the question of what can serve as a guarantee to a person in the case of mastering something that in the future will provide him with stability in learning and in solving work tasks. The article proposes to pay attention to the solution of the task by developing and justifying the need for the development of a methodological culture in a person. This, according to many scientists, will play a positive role during the initial adaptation to the team, which is impossible without the use of a "dialogue of cultures" and a system of traditions. It is the methodological culture of a person that is such. The methodological culture of a person is a complex social characteristic of professional activity and is based on a sufficiently high level of professional competence, his technological and life experience. The presence of a culturological component in a person's methodological culture makes it possible to more specifically characterize his work activity (passive and active dilettante, passive and active polymath) and the quality of the result. The idea of the existence and necessity of a methodological culture in a person engaged in any work activity has been further developed.
