Abstract

Higher education in Ukraine, like the entire field of education in general, faced real challenges and threats during the war period, which could lead to unforeseen losses in the state. And therefore, in such difficult conditions during the difficult wartime for the country, the question arose of ensuring the sustainability of education by clearly observing such basic principles of educational activity as: accessibility for every citizen of all forms and types of educational services provided by the state; equality of conditions for each person for the full realization of his abilities; ensuring the quality of education and the quality of educational activities; ensuring equal access to education; the priority of universal spiritual values; integration into the international and scientific space; integration with the labor market; flexibility and predictability of the education system; combination of state administration and public self-government in education.
