Abstract
The article considers the organization of teacher training in Turkey. It has been studied that the training of special education teachers can be carried out at the bachelor's, master's or doctoral levels. It is analyzed that the training in the programs of initial teacher training for preschool, primary and secondary education in Turkey is carried out by the pedagogical faculties of universities. It was found that the modernization of the teacher training system in Turkey and Ukraine is influenced by modern economic, informational, social trends in the formation of axiological foundations of society, is carried out at the border of various sociological approaches to defining its functions. The necessity of search and realization of new approaches to maintenance of qualitatively new level of professional training of the modern teacher according to world standards is proved. The analysis of constructive ideas of pedagogical experience in organizing the training of Turkish teachers allowed to outline scientific and practical recommendations for improving the system of continuing pedagogical education in Ukraine in terms of its adaptation to the requirements of the European educational space, namely: providing opportunities for local organizations and universities to participate in decision-making educational policy; support for universities, especially pedagogical faculties for staff training, advanced training - administrators, coaches and specialists; strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of National Education, schools and universities; introduction of a procedure for selecting future teachers by passing a national exam; extensive use of educational technologies in the training of special education teachers; increasing the channels of teacher training through distance education; restructuring of training programs aimed at introducing a student-centered education system in accordance with the needs of society and the requirements of modern civilization; certification of training programs for pedagogical development; strengthening the practical orientation of professional training.
