Abstract

The article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying contradictions and differences in the assessments by school principals of the significance of the expected positive impact on the activities of the institution of the consequences of introducing a procedure for systematic assessment of various characteristics and components of educational and management processes, depending on the understanding by managers of the essence and effectiveness of the internal system for ensuring the quality of education in educational institution.
