Abstract
The article notes that currently education is increasingly focused on creating such innovative computer technologies and ways to influence the individual, which provides a balance between social and individual needs, and which, launching the mechanism of self-development (self-improvement, self-education), ensure personal readiness to the realization of their own individuality and creative activity. That is why the development of a gifted child in secondary education is considered in the article through the prism of the phenomenon of social creativity as a process of creating a socially useful new product, primarily through subject-technological approach that provides socio-pedagogical design of personality as a social technology – pedagogical design as a kind of social creativity. Any function of scientific and educational activities that underlies the conceptual analysis of the situation creates an ideal image of the desired future, identifies development trends, plans those changes that will pave the way for useful and limit or eliminate opportunities for undesirable trends. Modern conditions make it necessary to introduce scientific and educational activities in the education system and in our country. And every year this need will grow more and more in schools, universities and other educational institutions. After all, to achieve the best results in the personal development of students of institution of general secondary education in the future, it is necessary to change and turn scientific and educational activities into real life. And first of all, it concerns the education system, because the future of our country depends on the creation of a modern education system and it is in our hands to make it much better.
