Abstract

The peculiarities of the application of the technology of scientific and methodological support in the process of developing the technological culture of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions in the regional system of professional development on the basis of educational (scientific) and methodological centers of vocational and technical education. It was found that scientific and methodological support as a technology of postgraduate pedagogical education enables teachers to master the position of the subject of the development of technological culture, to choose a certain option of support in terms of direction, content, forms or duration.
