Abstract
The article examines models of professional development of managers of out-of-school education institution in the conditions of open education, in particular the andragogic model developed by scientist D. Kolb as a cyclical model of the process of adult education and human assimilation of new information, and the model ADDIE, in which five stages are distinguished: analysis, design (projection), development, implementation and evaluation. Also presented is a model of the author's team of the Department of Philosophy and adult education, which is implemented as part of the project "Nonlinear worldviews of adult education".
