Abstract

The most important condition for the competitiveness of our country in the world market is the availability of highly educated and professionally competent potential. In this context, a significant role is assigned to vocational education and training, the purpose of which is the training, retraining and improvement of the qualifications of specialists in accordance with the demands of society and the industrial and innovative development of the economy. On the other hand, especially in the conditions of martial law, there is a need to expand the joint responsibility of state and local authorities, social partners, business, providers of professional education, research and public organizations, etc. for ensuring the quality of professional education, preserving its funding, guaranteeing the efficiency and fairness of distribution resources, etc. Accordingly, the impact of public-private partnerships on the development of vocational education and training is actualized by increasing examples of joint actions of the public and private sectors in improving professional training of qualified workers, management technologies of VET institutions, taking into account progressive foreign experience.
