Abstract

The family is considered as a social system of interactions of its members, the functioning of which determines the development of the child's civic competence. It is shown that civic competence is based on the mastery of key vital competences, therefore the foundations for their formation are largely laid in the family. The environment of family interaction is considered as a «learning space» for acquiring and mastering various competencies of social interaction. The models of interaction in the family environment that are favorable for the development of the child's civic competences and those that are unfavorable are determined empirically. The factors that determine the development of a child's civic competence in the family are outlined: the attitude towards the child's subjectivity (refusal of subjectivity or its maintenance), the value of commonality; tools for establishing psychological boundaries; limits of responsibility of parents and children. The basic principles of creating training programs are defined and briefly described. Namely: the principle of partnership participation; subjectivity of training participants; systematicity; positive feedback; projecting the acquired experience on life situations; complexity. The structure and stages of the training session are described. The tasks to be solved at each of its stages are outlined. A cycle of training classes has been developed, the purpose of which is to harmonize those aspects of family interaction that contribute to the development of the child's civic competence. Methodical development is presented, which includes 10 topics for working out in group interaction, which comprehensively covers the developmental potential of the environment of family interaction. The goal that is realized within each topic is determined, and a list of possible exercises and practices that help to implement the plan and achieve the set goal in the process of training group work is proposed.
