Abstract
The analysis of the state of Ukrainian education in the conditions of Russian aggression was carried out on the basis of the materials of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and public organizations, as well as the results of international research and publications in domestic and foreign mass media, online sources and legislative and regulatory legal documents, official information on the education of internally displaced persons and Ukrainian refugees under the code of war. The state of the education system of Ukraine in the conditions of Russian aggression against Ukraine is analyzed. The official statistical data of the first months of the war are presented regarding forced migrants and refugees who were forced to leave their places of residence and lost the opportunity to study in educational institutions, as well as children who are in the territories where hostilities are ongoing. Domestic and international initiatives regarding the education of temporarily resettled persons and Ukrainian refugees are highlighted. The issue of organizing the education of children, youth and adults located in the temporarily occupied territories and abroad is revealed. Individual examples of organizing the education of Ukrainian refugees with the support of international organizations (UNESCO, UNICEF, the European Commission, etc.), governments and citizens of foreign countries, and civil society organizations regarding assistance to Ukrainians during the Russian war are given. The peculiarities of the organization of refugee education abroad, in particular in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Poland, are revealed. The activities of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, the National Security Service of Ukraine in the conditions of Russian aggression are characterized. Recommendations are offered for education management bodies and educational institutions regarding the organization of the educational process in Ukraine for various categories of the population, in particular schoolchildren and student youth, taking into account the situation in the regions of our country.
