Abstract

The relevance of environmental issues in modern conditions has been clarified; the normative requirements for the environmental competence of junior high school students according to the National Qualification Framework of Ukraine (NQF) and the State Standard are substantiated and described; the expected results regarding environmental competence according to the Standard educational programs of the primary school are specified.
