Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of organizational forms that need to be used in the educational process in order to ensure the comprehensive development of the individual, their talents, intellectual, creative abilities, the formation of competencies and values necessary for successful self-realization. It is determined that the concept of a form of learning is associated with its structural organization, which is determined by the content, methods, means and types of students' educational activities. In general, the Right to gain education in Ukraine is ensured through formal, non-formal and informal education. Formal education is obtained according to educational programs in accordance with the levels of education defined by the legislation, branches of knowledge, specialties (professions) and provides for the achievement by applicants of education defined by the Standards of Education of the results of training of the corresponding level of education and obtaining qualifications recognized by the State. Types of formal education include Pre-school, General Secondary, Vocational, Higher, Extracurricular and Postgraduate education. Non-formal education is an education that is usually acquired through educational programs and does not provide for the award of State-recognized educational qualifications by level of education, but may end with the assignment of professional and/or partial educational qualifications. Informal education (self-education) provides for the self-organized acquisition of certain competencies by a person, in particular during daily activities related to professional, social or other activities, family or leisure. An Educational Institution can organize education in any form defined by law, if the necessary resources are available (material and technical, personnel, educational and methodological, informational support for activities, etc.). Any form of education involves enrolling a person in an Educational Institution, including family and home education. This allows a person to acquire the rights and obligations of a student, get access to the use of the infrastructure of an Educational Institution, issue a student ID card, count on compliance with Educational Standards during training and the help of teachers in mastering the educational program, have psychological and socio-pedagogical support, pass an assessment of educational achievements and/or State Final Certification, get an education document.
