Abstract
The manual provides a description of the psychological resources of school, family, and community interaction in the process of implementing educational reforms. The psychological concepts of a sense of involvement and openness of judgments are presented, which create the necessary prerequisites for the formation of trust in educational innovations. The role of reflective and dialogic practices in the professional activity of teachers and in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is shown. The common and different views of education stakeholders regarding the New Ukrainian School are outlined, and the differences in their role positions are revealed. The foreign experience of implementing educational reforms is analyzed. It is addressed to education managers, psychologists, teachers, social pedagogues, parents, representatives of local self-government bodies and public organizations, civil servants, teachers of the postgraduate pedagogical education system and a wide range of readers interested in this issue.
